Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Scrub Haus, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared before dispatch. Should you need to request a return or exchange, the following policy outlines our process.


Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear or use, including stains, fragrances, odours, pet hair, or makeup/tan marks, will not be accepted.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only where items meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

We offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection, subject to availability.

To ensure we can continue offering thoughtfully designed pieces at accessible pricing, return shipping costs for change of mind returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Scrub Haus reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

-> Due to hygiene and infection control standards, scrub caps are unable to be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. As scrub caps are worn close to the hair and scalp, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference (one size fits all), or incorrect selection. If your scrub cap arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear images and your order number so our team can assess and assist you promptly. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care for our Scrub Haus community.


Store Credit

Eligible returns made for change of mind or incorrect size selection will be issued as store credit.

Store credit:

- Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

- Can be used across all Scrub Haus collections

- Is not redeemable for cash or refunds

Refunds are reserved for faulty items only, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, please contact info@scrubhaus.com.au using one of the following subject lines:

Exchange – Order #

Please include your reason for the request and any relevant details.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items sent without prior approval will not be processed.

We recommend retaining tracking details, as Scrub Haus cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Items returned that do not meet eligibility standards will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order using the subject line:

In line with Australian Consumer Law, Scrub Haus will cover return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items on Australian orders.


Refunds

Refunds are reserved for faulty items, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Each refund request is assessed on a case by case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the issue and the circumstances surrounding the order.

If a fault is confirmed, Scrub Haus will cover the return shipping cost for Australian orders only.

Once your return has been received and assessed, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time from your payment provider.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or fees that may apply.


Please Note

- Orders placed using discount codes or during promotional periods are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

- Scrub Haus reserves the right to apply a restocking fee for items returned in a condition that does not align with this policy.
