Returns/Refunds Policy

      Returns, exchanges & refunds are available at Scrub Haus!     

 

---------------------------------- Eligibility ----------------------------------

Our return/exchanges are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. 

The item MUST be in its original condition - unused, unworn, and unwashed with ALL original tags and packaging along with proof of purchase (your order number or the invoice received with your order).

----------------------------- Returns/Exchanges ----------------------------

Returns at Scrub Haus are permitted solely for items that are in their original condition. As above in eligibility, this means the item/s MUST be unused, unworn and unwashed with ALL original packaging. Returns may be declined if there are any visible signs of such things like stains, fragrances or odours, pet hair, or tan/makeup.

We also provide direct exchanges for change of mind and wrong size selection. 

**Scrub Haus reserves the right to decline a return if these conditions are not satisfied.**

---------------- How to initiate a Return/Exchange -------------

Please ensure that your are within 30 days from date of purchase, if so please contact scrubhaus@outlook.com outlining "Return - Order #" or "Exchange - Order #" in the subject line with your reason for requesting a return/exchange with any further relevant details within the email. 

Once your request is approved, Scrub Haus will generate a prepaid shipping label to customers within the 30 days from date of purchase to return/exchange their items. After we receive your return, we will evaluate it and notify you regarding the approval for your return or exchange.  

If you wish to return/exchange items for these reasons beyond the 30 days from date of purchase, upon approval from Scrub Haus, the shipping cost will be at your own expense. 

Any items sent without the approval of Scrub Haus will NOT be processed. Please reach out first. 

It is advisable to retain your tracking information, as Scrub Haus cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost during transit. 

Should you return an item that fails to meet these standards and eligibility criteria, we will be unable to process your return, and you will be liable for a shipping charge of $10.00 AUD to have the item sent back. To avoid any complications, please refrain from returning items that cannot be resold. We are here to help you with your return process.

Contact scrubhaus@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order outlining "Refund - Order #" in the subject line with your reason for requesting a refund with any further relevant details within the email. 

Refunds are granted solely for items that are faulty as per Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you receive a faulty item we will cover the cost of return shipping. This policy is only applicable exclusively to orders placed within Australia.

After we receive your return, we will evaluate it and notify you regarding the approval for a refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be mindful, that your bank/credit card company may take longer to process this.

It is the obligation of international customers to cover ALL costs associated with return shipping, including any custom fees that may apply.

Should you have made your purchase with a discount code or during a site-wide promotion, you will be eligible solely for an exchange or store credit. 

For items returned in a condition that does not comply with our returns policy, Scrub Haus retains the right to apply a restocking fee.
