Super disappointing because I was super excited to get lots of wear out of these scrubs.. but after1 shift the fabric under the arms and between the legs started pilling :(

Our scrubs are crafted from a soft cotton blend intentionally chosen for comfort across long shifts. With softer cotton fabrics, pilling can occasionally occur in areas exposed to repeated friction, such as under the arms or between the legs where there is consistent movement throughout the day. In some cases, deeper dyed fabrics such as our cacao tones can also make this more visible due to the dyeing and finishing process.
We always appreciate feedback from our community as it allows us to continue thoughtfully refining our pieces as Scrub Haus grows. We have personally sent you an email so we can take a closer look and better understand what may have occurred. As a small, independently run brand, communication with our community is incredibly important to us. We can’t improve if we don’t know about experiences like this, and we’re always happy to work with our customers to find a resolution.

Very comfy, great scrubs! I bought the alternating colour combo - pink polka dot scrub shirt with the brown polka dot scrub pants. I received numerous compliments throughout the shift and am super keen to stock up on the 2026 edit scrubs !

I love the design and ALL the pockets..However after just one wash, the side pockets have ripped with both having big holes and are now useless..

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with the side pockets after washing, as this is not the standard we aim to provide at Scrub Haus. I’m currently working closely with my manufacturer to investigate and resolve this issue on a small number of sets to prevent it occurring in future collections. The cutest christmas set I have ever seen! The material is such high quality and they’re incredibly comfortable to wear!
I love these! Super cute & comfy material. Easy to wash & i hang them up to dry so I don’t need to iron them. Only downside is they’re slightly tight around my thighs & bum but not enough to be uncomfortable. If you want them loose/have a bigger bottom half, size up in the pants
